When it comes to our Mementos there’s two basic formats to choose from.

The Memento Quilts come in a range of sizes and prices and typically they provide a bit more freedom in design.

The Memento Pillows only come in one size but are our most economic offering.

Minimum $25 shop supplies fee per order

Memento Quilts

Memento Quilts are our most popular memento and come in a myriad of sizes. They offer much more freedom and variety in the design thanks to the number of pieces able to be implemented into the overall product.

When making the quilt we will need an assortment of clothing from you. If there’s multiples we ask that they are separated by importance as this will come into consideration when choosing which squares to place on the quilt and where.

Separating each piece by importance will also ensure the most sentimental pieces make it on the quilt.

Here’s a few examples of common themes these quilts will have:

Baby Mementos

Made with baby clothes

A common Memento, especially popular with babies born prematurely. A Baby Memento is a great way to remember what obstacles a young one has overcome early on, but can also be a fun gift with pieces of clothing from throughout the years .

Passing Mementos

Clothing from a loved one who has passed

A sad fact of life is people move on, and its hard to let go of a lot of their belongings if you have them in your possession. Often boxes of clothes will just sit in storage. With a Memento Quilt you can use those clothes and incorporate them into a Memento that will last years to come.

Uniform Mementos

Made with sports or dance uniforms

A great way to show the progress one has made over the years, the Uniform Memento is a popular gift and a much more comfortable way to use those old uniforms. Especially if they don’t fit anymore.

Event Mementos

Shirts from a concert or cherished event

A great way to reuse a shirt in a way that’ll keep you warm and cozy. Even with only one shirt Memento Quilts look great, with the design focusing on the shirt piece in the center.

Memento Pillows

Memento Pillows are an affordable alternative to Memento Quilts. They capture the personal touch a Memento Quilt offers in a cheaper and more affordable package. They are often made from the same types of clothing or blankets, however generally an entire shirt can be incorporated in to the design.
